Finch Pitches for Team USA 08Jennie Finch has many accomplishments under her belt already and it’s time for her to make room for one more.  Jennie Finch recently resigned with Mizuno USA for a 2 year contract.  She has been with Mizuno since 2002.

Bob Puccini, President of Mizuno USA, Inc., and Chairman of Mizuno Canada, Ltd. says, “Re-signing Jennie Finch demonstrates Mizuno’s continued commitment to fastpitch softball and women’s athletics.  Jennie is one of the elite athletes in the history of women’s fastpitch softball and continues to serve as an outstanding symbol for the character, dedication, and performance that both Mizuno and Jennie bring to the game.  She is an excellent ambassador for female athletes all over the world.”

Jennie had a 2-0 record in 2004 at the Athens Summer Olympics.  She struck out thirteen batters in eight innings while giving up only one hit, one walk, and zero runs.  Her pitching helped the American Softball team to win the gold medal.

As an accomplished athlete, Jennie Finch has her own Mizuno Glove Line, a Jennie Finch Signature bat, her own line of Mizuno batting gloves, her own compression shorts, Mizuno Finch cleats, and even her own Mizuno T-Shirt.  All perfect gifts for the aspiring Jennie Fiches’ growing up today!  Whether working on their swing or sliding into home, Jennie Finch gear can only help inspire the next generation of fastpitch elite.

With all of her accomplishments, including two Olymipic Metals, Player of the Year awards, and contracts with Mizuno USA, Jennie Finch is a powerful role model for girls of all ages.
