While the official name is the Toxic Titan don’t mistake it for last years bat. Overall, it is a good looking bat that keeps it simple.
Conditions:
Weather was a cool 60 degrees. A combination of ASA, Dudley TA’s and a mix of BP balls were used.
Hitters:
All D level players, Power Hitter with on command HR power. Lead off hitter who is a OP field, contact hitter. Mid-power hitter, able to hit it out but most of the time hits hot line drives.
We took BP for 2 hours and put around 300 hits on a brand new bat. So this review is based on hit 1-300.
Appearance:
The Toxic, like most of the 2010 bats by Worth, is a pretty plain bat graphically speaking. However, the combination of white and red gives the bat a sharp look without going overboard.
Feel:
I was swinging a 27oz bat. This is a balanced bat that has a medium amount of flex. There are very few places on the bat where you can hit the ball and not get a good crack. The Toxic felt pretty sweet through the zone and wasn’t dragging behind. My teams power swinger and our lead off man both swung it, and neither complained of over-flexing or stiffness.
Performance:
Being a Demarini guy, I honestly didn’t think I would like this bat. After hearing the complaints about last years Titans, I was expecting the worst. I was pleasantly surprised. The Toxic is a solid balanced bat with a good amount of pop. While not for me, it is a good ASA bat that will appeal to many players.

I really enjoyed hitting this bat. I prefer endloaded bats (RD28) but this hit well and had a nice feel to it. Worth seems to be making up for the ’09 Titan. Well done.
This could be the bat for you if:
You play ASA ball and like the feel of a balanced bat.
Maybe not if:
You prefer an endloaded or a stiff bat.
Where can I get mine?
